Max has just released HBO’s The Last Of Us Season 2 Teaser Trailer with a clearer look at The Seraphites and Kaitlyn Dever as Abigail/Abby. Following the ending of the first season, the trailer hints at Joel and Ellie’s peaceful slumber at a small community village- until the shitstorm happens. If you have played The Last of Us games, you might already have the idea what’s going to happen.
So fans are excited but as well as scared as well- including me. I am not ready to see what’s coming, yet dying to see what’s coming.

Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey are reprising their lead roles along with the other returning casts like Gabriel Luna as Tommy and Rutina Wesley as Maria. As for the new casts apart from Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, there’s Isabela Merced as Dina, Young Mazino as Jesse, Ariela Barer as Mel, Tati Gabrielle as Nora, Spencer Lord as Owen, Danny Ramirez as Manny, Jeffrey Wright as Isaac, and Catherine O’Hara as the guest star. As a gamer, you know Abby’s role is going to be very influential for the show- we will get to see in 2025 whether Unbelievable Star will do justice to the role or not.

According to the new trailer, it is going to hit screens anytime in 2025. After the success of the first season of The Last of Us, which became HBO Max’s most streamed first season ever, this one is expected to break more records. The first season got so popular and received tons of praises including a nomination for Eight Emmys.
And gamers know the story the second season is going to follow is much more brutal and intense- unless its producers decide to stow away from the decided path. So only time will tell whether The Last of Us writers and co-producers Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann are ready to take the risk- or will stick to the actual script.
