Netflix has boosted the Greek mythology fever to an all-time high with its brilliant new show ‘Kaos’. I watched it quite fast due to my obsession with Greek mythology. Loved every bit and piece it offered.

Now, probably once the show ends, you will want to watch more shows or movies about Greek myths. I got your back. From the next slide, I will introduce you to the top 3 Greek mythology movies that I have personally loved.

Troy (2004)

Troy is a mixture of war and Greek mythology. The story follows Brad Pitt’s Achilles in a battle with Eric Bana’s Hector. Both great actors, in their, prime days, portray warriors with the authentic charm and bravery of the ancient Greek World. Of course, except for the accent.

Immortals (2011)

Want something that has magic, legends, Greek Gods, and demons? Immortals is the movie for you. Henry Cavill’s Theseus is the main protagonist of the story standing between the mortals and the immortals. Every scene is a spoiler- so I am gonna avoid it. It’s a visual treat you get to experience yourself!

Disney’s Hercules (1997)

Disney was at its peak point in 1997- it focused on the kind of animation that is still beloved. Hercules is an example of that. The movie, in its own quirky way, makes the complicated saga of Hercules, one of the most famous heroes in Greek mythology, easier for kids and adults alike. But more than that, what makes it among the best movies about Greek myths is its side characters like Hades, Megara, Zeus, etc.
